ummm no it comes with 4 metle supports that raise the whole shifter up at least 10mm, you do not use your old rubber bushes, also why have you posted pics of a celica TRD unit?

I recently bought one of these and I'll give you a free bump for an awesome part.

I really love mine, it works wonders for the overall feel of the car. Much more direct (and speedy) gear shifts.

Great price too...
