used to do this when i was younger. stand next to a wall sideways, and place ur arm on the wall from the elbow down to the wrist. now for the next 20 seconds, apply as much force as u can on the wall using only from the elbow the wrist. after the 20 seconds are up, step away very slowly from the wall and ur arm should raise up on its own :homer::homer:

who does it work for?
