Turbo problem!!

Today I was driving down the motorway in my glanza, just taking it handy. I pulled out to overtake someone and there was no boost. I pulled in and turned her off for a while but no difference. She is driving normally, apart from the fact that the turbo has stopped, everything else is grand. Although, i also noticed that the exhaust got a bit louder? Any advice appreciated.

have you checked that the actuator is still connected ? the clips sometimes break wastegate stays open = no boost

Checked there, everything seems fine? Any other suggestions? i hope its nothing to serious.

ok can you help more by stating what kind of boost control your running have u checked vac lines?

sounds like one of your intercooler pipes is after coming off check all of them from your throttle body and behind your bumper on each side mine came off there before!

Boost leak.

Either actuator or pipe.

With the exhaust getting louder, I'd say actuator.

Sorry, on second inspection it turned out it actually was the actuator. Problem solved. Cheers for your help guys i'm a happy man again
