Turbo smoking again..

Hey guys posted a while back about my turbo smoking alot whem blipping throttle..now its started to smoke on the overrun when the revs drop..then i blip the throttle and a nice puff of blueish whitish smoke comes out..now that says piston rings to me but i think it may be the turbo that needs changing..any ideas??*

do a compression test bud, if that gives a good result then look towards the turbo

it sounds like a turbo im persuming its a ct9 there always going im on my 3rd ct9 now
