Turbo to downpipe bolts

Guys,

this has happened like 4times now and its starting to annoy me, the bolts holding the turbo to the cat/decat keep becoming loose, i've changed the decat to the stock cat and the same thing happens, they get loose very quick too, in like a month or two, i'm using the exact same bolts as in this picture and i do really reem them up, cant understand how they are getting loose, i looked this morning and at least one has completely fallen off ....

they are one use nuts mate.u need to order new ones from toyota

Get rid of the one use nuts, it's obvious that due to the heat, the're pants!

Tighten one onto the stud, and then tighten one onto that, thus having two nuts per stud.

Mine have been tight now for 1800 miles

you need specialised bolts I've just got some from schreiner and widdowsons a local hardware store near me not very expensice and they are a type of metal locking nut that can be reused but can't loosen thereselves.

ah great! So it's a common'ish problem then, i'll look into different nuts or double up! cheers guys!

I have used the same ones tens of times over and over with no issues.
