Im putting in a ct9 hybrid in my car looks perfect with no shaft play only thing is the penny isnt connected to the connector that connects to the actuator what would be the best way to connect them i was thinking a rivet but want to be sure???

I will be fitting a decat after nct and there is two sensor going into the standard cat i understand i keep the top sensor what do i do with the other???

dont think a rivet would be best mate,probably a small nut an bolt then grove that out and e clip it .

that would be very close to original and how its meant to be.

i think you meant the part that you can get at from the outside

Oh fair play,my bad lol.

With that i would bolt and screw it and burr the end over of the thread so it cant ever shake/come undone.

I would weld it personally,that penny comes under alot of pressure and heat,just weld the arm to the penny and then get a dremmel tool and grind off the rough weld and u will be fine
