hi ive got a ep82 and my turbo is knackered is there another turbo i could get apart from a ct9 which i wouldn't have to modify my engine etc to put on. thanks

I think the 323F turbo fits, not 100% sure.
If that doesn't, I don't think any turbo will fit without a new manifold or a turbo kit made for the EP82 which will cost quite a bit.

You could check with site trader's shops for a hybrid ct9. One of these units will bolt right on and offer the advantages of the quick ct9 spoolup + improved top end power & boost stability. Do a search, there's a wealth of info on these type of turbos. Once the boost levels are not increased beyond stock fuelcut (around 12.5psi) the stock ecu, fueling, and intercooling should be safe enough for daily driving.

apart from the CT9 and i don't know about the CT12 but there abit tricky to get hold of and i don't know if you have to modify anything to get them on. the next best turbo to put on would be the TD04, which alot of members are using because of how quick it spools and the power it makes.

without modifying the car then as far as I know you can run either a CT9 or a CT12. everything else will need modifications/new manifold & downpipe etc...
