just came from a drive down the road and i inspected the engine and found oil residue in front of the impeller on the compressor side of the turob

is this normal? fitted the turbo like a week ago

doesnt mean the turbo's fucked. have you checked the shaft movement? in and out play is a big no no, side to side is ok aslong as its not excessive.
