Hey guys,

i'm building a 5efhe turbo engine, and i have a wepr td05h kit, but lot of people say it's laggy.. So i'm thinking of a other turbo.. But now is the question what turbo to get..

I'm thinking of a Garrett gt28rs or a IHI vf turbo..

But which one is the best, I want little lag but also want to hit 300hp..
And at what rpm will it spool and at what rpm will it reach full boost?

My setup is:

5efhe
head p&p
5efhe cams
hks valvesprings
5xx cc sard injectors
3" exhaust

that kind of stuff..

GT28RS with the smalest a/r or the Ihi vf35

GT28RS would be my choice.

That said a TD05 on a 5E is ok, yes its laggy but not that bad.

A gt28rs will only give slightly better spool than a td05.
