You'd be better off getting a Rising Rate Fuel Pressure Regulater and getting it put on a dyno so you can ajust the fueling to suite your boost.

you need a fpr to up a bit the fuel and by how much you want to up the boost? cos you will end up standing to your nick cos you will make a bomb:p

as franz said, as the fcd leans out your fuelling, so an rrfpr, you can adjust the fuelling to make sure its not running too lean or rich - which of course needs to be checked with someone with a wideband, ie a rolling road.
also presuming you have got a boost gauge too to see what boost your running??

sort out the fueling if your going over 0.8bar
RRFPR would be anough for a safe fualing

Need a little help reading the standard 4efte boost gauge

Standard boost gauge is not good for anything.

I recommend getting a aftermarket manifold too, you may well get a heat build up in cylinder 3 resulting in a gay engine.

Do you have any other mods?

downpipe and manifold? I'm assuming you have a full exhaust system.

how much boost would you like to run? With more boost you should be careful as things like turbo will have a shorter life, as said the fueling must be right though.

Also IF you have a standard manifold the 3rd runner is restricted which when you start running more power... as you will be it can cause the engine to fail.

i dont have a downpipe or mani, the exhaust was on the car when i got it i think its just an aftermarket box section though the rest is standard.what does the glanza boost at standard.i have a boost gauge but i dont think its the best because it seems to be givin a bit of a high reading

I would put a new Downpipe and Manifold on my car before i turned the boost up.

To be honest you seem like someone who is willing to cut corners just to make your car go faster and im affraid it does not work like that buddy trust me i speak from experience.

Just make sure you buy an aftermarket manifold as it really is necessary when turning up the boost on your car! :)

As above dont fit the parts etc without gettin the fuelling etc checked on a RR near you.

Ok well i would get yourself a manifold and Downpipe.

Then get yourself Rising Rate Fuel Pressure Regulater and get it setup by someone who knows how too.

Then you can run about 1bar which is pretty quick.

I also think that relocating your filter to the front makes good difference. But when this was down on my car i suffered from boost creep so had to get the wastegate ported

as alot of people have said.

I bought my car pretty modded but if it was standard and i was starting from scratch i would do the following:

Boost gauge up to 1.5bar
Airfilter
Exhasut
Decat
Manifold (this helps no3 cylinder out)
Adjustable actuator

You can now run comfortably 0.8 bar.

to go passed 0.8bar, you will need an rrfpr and an fcd - with this set up and fuelling checked etc, you can run 1bar. Ideally get a fmic too.

With this set up, should see you around the 180ish mark.

I know you have some of the bits fitted, so just fill in the gaps!!

decat and mani - so many choices - dane at sps has had good reports about his, you got zisco too, speedvision, toytuning, dave b, so many choices.

What i would say thou, is dont buy a stainless steel mani off ebay - go mild steel.

Theres some 2nd hand manis in for sale section at moment.
