ok im new to this whole turbo thing so forgive me if im really wrong.

my glanza is running at 0.8 bar at the moment, and i was thinking if i up the boost to 1.0 bar it would boost a bit later and be more economical around town as it would boost later in the rev band. so a possibility of power and economy? or am i speaking absoloute rubbish?

speaking rubbish unfortunately, it doesnt work like that.

it will still spool up @ the same time, you will just have more power

If you dont already have one (which u should really) then you would need an uprated manifold for such boost.

cause the ct9 is small even when upping the boost it will start boosting at the same time.

if you get a bigger turbo it will boost later in the revs so might give more mpg if not going into boost.

yeah easiest way with standard turbo is just lay off the gas

hks adjustable actuator
hks fuel cut defender
hks boost controller
magnecor 8mm leads

Rising Rate Fuel Pressure Regulator, you will need one to support the raised fuelling

Yea same thing mate, you will need one to run more boost and stop the mixture running too lean

If you were to get and emanage and fit it to a stock car you will soon realise the msot cars run really rich and with some tweaking at cruise etc and bsot areas you can get power gaines as wella s an increase in economy as you basically make it more effiecent.
