ive got the whitleine one, certainly solidifies the back end up a bit more.
As for sizes, either you would notice the difference as the starlets dont have one as standard - im presuming one is for fast road use, and other for track use.

What is your current suspension spec?

Suspension tuning is a toughy to get right!
Personally i would try the 16mm 1st, because the 20mm could be too hard for the suspension you have and cause a very twitchy rear end in the wet! But if your running quite a brutal setup you could get away with the 20mm!

Suspension setup is really all about personal preference!

Yep i agree, More points of adjustment. you can tune it to your own particular setup or driving style ( even though it's limited to 3 different settings )
