Major Updates from Tuning Developments!
First of all we want to thank you all for your custom and support since we moved into our premises 12 months ago, however in the short time we have been here, we have outgrown our existing workshop, and are currently carrying out some building work and cosmetic changes on a bigger unit across the road from our existing workshop. We will be in our new workshop by the end of October, with a bigger work space and storage area for parts and customer’s cars, additional ramp, and a new and improved customer waiting area.
Speaking of customers, as of the beginning of October, brother of Nick and also co owner of Tuning Developments, Mike, will be working in the office full time – he will be looking after all of you guys – dealing with all the orders, enquiries and admin work – this will improve the service you get from ourselves in that Mike will be manning the phones and also be on the forums and replying to messages in normal working hours.
We have also got some new Tuning Developments products coming to the market, we’re currently waiting for some of the parts to come and fully test them before releasing the product to you the customer, however they will be of very high quality and at very competitive prices – we will of course keep you up to date on release dates, but hoping them to be released in time for Christmas.
Also what we are really excited about is our new website, it’s taken a long time and a lot of time and effort, there is a few more tweaks to be carried out but hoping in the coming months these will all be ironed out and we will have a new website with a fantastic online store, making it easier for you to order parts.
As for our project cars, for those that have been to our workshop, you will have seen Mikes Celica, it’s looking a lot more complete now – especially with the engine fitted. As for Nick’s Starlet, that a took a back seat due to mainly working on the Celica, however we am pleased to say that we have decided on some new objectives and currently building a new engine for it – so 2011 will see both the demo cars at the shows and out on track, alongside some of our other builds, again which are pretty much completed now – we’ll update you over the coming months about the cars.

Oh just before we go, we want to say be careful on the roads now, it’s getting darker earlier and its starting to get a lot colder – so please be careful.
