URGENTLY Needed Knock sensor

Hi guys,

im urgent need of a new knock sensor, it can be off any starlet (as long as its a 4efe or 4efte. The knock sensor i need has a redish outer circle & a grey clip.

Please let me know what you have, i may buy more than one if needed, so if u have one lying around drop me a pm with the price ur asking for it & we'll take it from there!

i have a couple on some blocks in my garage i will see if i can get it off for you as they are pretty stiff!!

all u need is a size 27 spanner mate, & they will come off like magic!! :haha:

What the hell are you doing Kon and need more than one knock sensors?
I think i have two but i dont think any of them has a redish circle at the outer.
Have you got tps from Sheldon mate?

hi chris, lol they are in short supply in malta.. im not expecting to cut anymore, but i had a problem with my old pump & at high revs on one map it knocked and blew the sensor, im not predicting that another should fail, but having 2 is better than one spare.. with the af's im tuning i have to be very careful, especially with the temperatures malta is having recently

As for the knock sensor yes mate thank you very much, i got it at the meet as i dont see sheldon oftenly. Thanks very much for ur help, now all i need to figure out is how to have the voltage switched so that the oem ecu can read it propperly

About the tps i am sure i have seen a diagram on the ms thread as to how to put an ayto one to work like the 3 point one.Have a look there. I ll try to find it from my side aswell..
