very strange idle...... please help

this is getting me well f***d of now dont kno what to do or what it can be..
when i first go in my car start it up take her for a spin idels perfect at around 900-1000revs then turn of the power and say 15 mins later start her back up my idle seems to drop badly seems to idle at 600 revs when i start to drive its fine but as soon as i stop idles at 600 even 500 revs somtimes. always happens 1st drive is awesome them second drive idles shite:confused::confused:
i have cleaned the ICV with carb cleaner checked for any air leaks. i even tried turning my idle up but it idles way to high if i do that.

any ideas??

Raise the idle then buddy when it drops down. Theres a screw you turn ontop of the inlet mani under a rubber insert.

i kno mate done that, like i said idles perfect 1st time started then 2nd time shite. :confused:
aswell if i raise it anymore its to high idles at 1500 revs or so
