Extra Info: this is an exellent turbo upgrade for anyone running a td04 turbo, this is capable of producing 350bhp+ and is off the imprezza 22b using the standard imprezza fitment. there is no play atal in the shaft.

@ feeryscoob - cheers bud, would love to see it on a stalet though is an awsome turbo.

@ monka - na mate just cant afford it at the mo. startin to save for a house :(

comon guys these are hard to come buy, especialy in this condition. make a hell of a fast car with this.

well you have the td04 mani wich it bolts to and you could buy an hks actuator for it and hit massive power!! you know i dont sell crap turbos bud and this one is better than the td04 i sold you, took ages to find one this good. its a stright bolt on for your car :)

o yea i know its a str8 bolt on this was the turbo i was ordinally going for lol.
I was looking at a TD04hybird but i dunno stop pressuring me haha

what size is this compared to the td04l and when you reckon it would get full boost as its roller bearing yes?

realy coudnt say mate, will be a bit laggy to start but as its a rollerball it should spool well once on boost, is one of the best imprezza turbos around for all round power!

It should be very close. On an impreza there is about 300rpm difference between them. The biggest benifit with the VF23 is very little back pressure, it holds its boost right through to the redline.
I spoke to AWD motorsport (impreza specialist's) about upgrades for my GT. They recomened the VF23 for its quick spool up on the wee engine or a VF28 as they are easier to get hold off but slightly laggier.

I had the chance to get one of these for £100! didnt bother though as it would eat my clutch and everything else!
