VIN Number

I need the VIN number off the car for the DVLA, I have the Model, engine and frame number.

Anyone know if the frame number is the same as the VIN? Stupid question probably but any help is appreciated.

You VIN number will be shown under the bonnet! It should look like this

Vin Number EP-91-0xxxxxx - where is instead of X it should be a DIGIT. If your EP is early 1996 ish you would have loads of Zeros' in front, Mine is 1998 August and starts with 0450xxx meaning 450 000 EP91 starlets worldwide was made before my car -)
