Havent posted on here in a while so thought I'd share my track Clio with you.

Was At Brands monday for the clios first track outing. Was an awesome day, and the weather held out all day so was perfect, if a little cold!!

Only downside was it was at least 80% Racing cars..

Did at least 100 laps id say, and the car was pretty faultless.

Tires were Fed 595 RS-R's and took a battering.(brand new set)
This was end of the morning sessions:

Loads of rubber peeling off. Very very grippy though and was massively impressed with them.

Met a good guy called Andy who we shared a garage with who had a lovely (and very quick) DC5.

LOL!
Yeah was pushing hard allright. 95% I'd say. Remaining 5% would have been even harder on the brakes but it was already better than most things out there on the brakes.

It's a 172 Cup. (The best one IMO)
And yeah the engines are pretty damn reliable if serviced correctly.
Mines on 108k and I gave it death all day.

Those 172's make for good track day cars. My brothers had one since new for years now and its still as strong as ever :)
