water and oil mix?

I have recently noticed that there are some thick greasy deposits in the water reserve tank for the radiator. When I open the radiator I can feel its a bit greasy near the cap but the water in it is clear. I am using a racing rad (double core) with a nissan N17 fan.

The car is running perfectly without any overheating issues. i am just wondering if this will be an issue in future as I think this should not be happening.

Any idea what might me causing this mates? Could it be that water and oil getting mixed up in the turbo? I am using a Garett Gt28r. or where else could they be mixing?

Maybe it could be rust? I had rusty shit in my overflow and radiator when i last changed it, never did anything to the car but looks nasty lol.
