Water Pump Replacement - OEM vs 3rd Party

Hi All

I need to get my timing belt changed and also the water pump.

Just shopping around for the pump (I have the timing belt kit), Toyota quoting £88 for an OEM one, and I see its around £30 for a generic one.

Any opinions on the generic ones, or should I just use OEM for this, im using an ACE timing belt kit from Camskill.

super cheap and good quality.

ive only used generic waterpumps and they have all been fine. i wouldt pay £88 for one when they are probably made in the same factory anyway!!!

I got mine from Camskill and it works just fine, good quality.

OK, how do I know if I have the bolt on type or removable one? Its a 96 Glanza V, im assuming it will be the one with the pulley?
