Hi mate, sounds like an interesting project.
i would definately recommend that you get an upgraded manifold though as the standard one has a very restrictive 3rd runner and especially if your upping the boost i believe this could cause damage.

like said wouldnt recommend running over 0.8bar on stock mani. Power your looking at between 170-185BHP on that spec.

I would advise uprating the manifold from standard to an unrestricted version. The standard manifold is restricted in runner number 3 and can cause engine trouble when running over stock boost (.6bar)

Other than that, spec list looks good :)

Looking at roughly 180ish bhp at the flywheel... maybe more maybe less...

Tell you what tho, we need to see this project! :p

180bhp in a Mini Clubman = around ... 280bhp per tonne! :haha::haha:

That Mini is gorgeous :eek: with a 4EFTE lump in it, its perfection. That is going to be one fast pocket rocket.

x2, thats going to be ace :rockon:

And yes you can port the 3rd runner and give the rest of it a bit of a port and you should be ok with 1bar. Thats what im in the proccess of doing to replace my sps manifold before it cracks!
