What could i use instead of actuator pin?

when i bought my starlet the pin wasnt connect that goes from the actuator to the wastegate. ive tried using a nut a bolt but the nut always falls off after a few mins and ive tried wire which didnt work at all. anyone any ideas what else i could use or can you buy the pins seperate instead of buying a new actuator? Use a spring washer with a nut and bolt. Shouldn't come off then.

You can also use Radio control car clips, the one that holds on the body. Hairclip is a temp fix as well until the posty arrives

Get like 10 R clips from DIY shop for a quid, easy fix.
