manifold looks odd. looks like a cross between the stock cast manifold and the stock manifold on the n/a starlet.

ecotek valve should be thrown away and i doubt it has a trd fuel pump.

for the price seems fine but probably something dodgy. if its been running 28psi all day long on a standard engine then that doesnt sound god

no it says it could nun 28psi but is only running 14psi, however mani looks wank and a bit ddge and it has no cam belt cover wich is a tad wierd!! i say buy it rape it of any good parts, sell what you dont want

I wouldnt worry too much about the manifold, you can always replace it.
