The Japanese tend to refer to the transport fuse/s as a 'DOME' fuse/s.

These fuses are removed after final checks at the factory and then refitted at PDI by the dealership. The dome fuse/s would normally cut the circuits for things such as the radio, interior lights, clock, central locking etc... so there is no drain on the battery and the car doesn't lock itself when it's in transport or storage. If this is the same as the fuse your referring to, it's also possible it may cut the electric mirror circuit.
