What grease for clutch release bearing shaft?

Should I use copper grease or lithium grease? Or should I buy something else?

The bearing slider does not need any grease on it as the slider is nylon coated on the inside just get it nice and clean and fit it dry. Using lube will just make stuff stick to it and cause it to stick. Also copper slip is not a lubricant its a ant seize/anti corrosion and dries up over time and will cause it to stick.
