what headgasket 5e bottom end 4efte head

as above i have got my hands on a 5e already built by previous owner the headgasket went on it head is going off to be skimmed and pressure tested im hoping to fit it into my gt turbo but i need to know what head gasket do i get bit of a newbie to buildnig an engine do i go for a 4efte headgasket or a standard
5e headgasket

Depends what turbo your going to use really and how you want it to drive to determine which thickness to go for

4efte pistons on 5e conrods

standard ct9 for the minute just to get engine ran in then somthing like a blitz turbo after that
