What oil?And What Mani&Decat?

Hi I have a 1993 starlet gt advance running standard boost which I am hoping to change lol I want to add uprated FCD,FPR,decat,manifold and actuater whats the best mani and decat for the money and what oil should I be using?I have fully sythetic in it at the mo will I damage it using this?thanks

10w-40 or 5w-40 oil will do the job
as for the mani and decat have a look in the traders section quite a few there

Beware of cheap stainless manifolds because they have a tendency to crack easily. Save your money and get a mild steel or a jam cast mani.

Wont be getting that mani at 365 but thanks lol decat is good value is there cheaper mani's that are thicker than 1.6mm?

A first batch speedvision one, got it off frankie for a steal but it lasted about three weeks before cracks started to appear on the welds. I got it rewelded but it's now blowing again. I'm in the process of porting the restrictions out of my stock mani after which the speedvision one will be going in the bin.
