id say about 140/145 mate! half those mods dont add anything to be fair and if your running .9 bar you should really have the fuelling sorted or an uprated fuel pump at least! plus i wouldnt run high boost on the restrictive oem mani either!

will cause you more problems

are u running 13 psi on stock ecu ? ur running lean

Thought it'd b closer to 170, I've asked about whether I need a fpr to the specialist I take it to and he said not depends on the more type of mods you do and never said anything about the manifold but I'll see what he has to say about that when I see him next

you wouldnt see 170 with those mods mate, you will need an fmic, a manifold and the fuelling soted plus to up the boost a little more

you will be running lean without at least an uprated fuel pump and it will damage your engine

I've been Drivin low speeds since might been told possible bottom end is on the way out but it doesn't sound like it is to me probably more to do with this furling problem. What will I need just an fpr? What would it have to be set to on the fpr for 13 psi? I've seen them on eBay, do I need any thin else?

an fpr and an uprated fuel pump :) then get it set up on the rolling road! dont get an ebay job either, go sard of fse or something but if your upping the boost, you really need to get away from the standard mani and ideally get an fmic aswell bud

If the spark plugs are White and chalky like that's a bad sign.
X2 on what everyone else said about the mods

Ye I've been planin on getin a fmic and having the air con removed at same time bu I need a new set of engine gearbox mount bushes ive been told and could do with getin this fpr and mani first. I've stil got the original intake pipe on, would Putin a new manifold on without the heat shield melt the plastic on the intake pipe? Or is it ok

Yeah it's what happens to the plugs when they get too hot, and when running lean combustion temps are sky high.

Kl do u know how a fpr is set up to what boost your running? How do you no what pressure to set it to ? I'll get it done by someone else but I just wana know how they work

You have to adjust It as it will set the fuel pressure at the fuel rail, more pressure is more flow in cc's.
It's best to get a wideband on it to set the air/fuel ratio correctly. The more air entering your engine the more fuel you'll need so a greater pressure.
