What Spark plugs?

Hi All,

Just a bit unsure about what heat range spark plugs to use in my Mk1 EP82? Running about 0.8 bar of boost with SPS Mani, decat, FMIC, relocated air filter, HKS actuator and normal CT9 turbo with ported wategate. Surely heat range 6 is ok? don't think heat range 7 is needed. can anyone confirm.

Range 6 is a standard one.

Colder plug will be better for you - range 7 would be ideal, as you have a few mods and run higher boost -) Get the IRIDIUM plugs - they're the best you can get - they will last for ages, give more power and even save some money on petrol -)
