what to do next??

Right im unsure what the best thing to do next.....

I'v just finished fitting my new ToyTuning CT9 hybrid turbo, HKS actuator, SPS mani & oil feed, Blitz decat n HKS exhaust....but I still need to buy uprated fuel pump n HT leads - so i can fit uprated plugs too.

I still need to fit my Blitz Acess ECU n Blitz EBC.......should I run the car first with standard ECU setup n possibly fit the EBC for safety? Or fit everything n see how she runs??

I'v also got a Sard rrFPR which I'll get Mark@CMB to fit n setup, when i bring her out after winter

you don't NEED uprated HT leads
and you can just fit 'uprated' plugs if you have to - and I have learned that there is no such thing, say HKS plugs which are made by DENSO or NGK, are actually standard plugs that DENSO or NGK already offer...

Your Blitz Access ECU I would think is plug'n'play - so why are you not fitting that straight away?

i know its plug n play was just wondring if i should try out the hybrid setup on standard ECU settings b4 uprating them too.

also my plugs are NGK iridiums.

there is no point running the hybrid on the stock ecu, a hybrid is at it's most efficient around 1bar... i run a tong turbo on the stock ecu at 0.7bar it was pulling hard but just wasn't in it's zone (still made 170bhp though )

i would slap the blitz ecu run it in and let it adjust... then uprate the plugs if needed, and as said ht leads aren't really needed.

rrfpr wont be needed with the blitz, if anything it might play up and make it do funny things

then put on the ebc to raise the boost once it's all adjusted... also a quick trip to the rollers just to double check the fueling it spot on.

well looks like im away to fit ecu, gauges, n put radiator back on n START HER UP! :drive:


think i mite put her on the rollers without plugs n leads then add then to see wot difference they make.....

plugs and leads usually make a difference if your ones are radged really bud.

Just throw it all on, thats the way I did it, seemed to work fine enough.
