Well I figure that whilst me 82 is off the road for a few weeks (waiting for replacement radiator), I may as well sod around with a few other bits n pieces...
I was considering gutting my cat, I dont think I will need to comply with emissions standards as the car is a '90 (technically those bylaws enforcing emissions compliance havent yet been passed down here in NZ yet anyways
).
What is the weight difference between the standard cat and a decat pipe, and is the difference in flow that great between an aftermarket item and a std cat gutted?
If I was to go the aftermarket route, what brands have you lot come across that I should definately steer clear of?
