what torque to do rear hub nuts or proces

Just nip them while turning the wheel. Its a kinda feel for it. Need to make sure its just past the point where there is play in the bearing. Too loose and the bearing will have too much play. Too tight and the bearings will run too hot and cuase friction!

put the wheel back on then nip it up and spin the wheel to settle everything. then undo it a bit until you can feel some play and then keep nipping it up ever so slightly as well as giving it a spin every time and then feel for play. as soon as the play in the rear wheel bearing has gone your done. put the castellated washer and a NEW split pin on and your done :)
