what would cause clutch judder on pull away

fitted my mates organic clutch when we did the build and its juddering on pull off, not major but still annoying, the clutch was perfectly central when put in, not sure would could cause the judder

If its an exedy organic clutch then it will judder a bit anyway. They need a few more revs than normal to pull away smoothly.

a good hard lonsh should fix it i.e crail start

Thats means nothing, you will have to give the car beans when running in, so you might aswell start now.

im not so sure, not sure if this helps, but my exedy organic was a total nightmare, juddering to the point it was almost undriveable once it heated up in traffic!

we took it out and back in(same time as engine) and hasnt judder since no matter the traffic/driving conditions.

Can a warped flywheel not cause judder also?

if it can then could be that, it looked perfect to heat stress or cracking though

Did you skim the flywheel before fitting the new clutch?

upon fitting my exedy clutch the judder was pretty bad however for the time being little more revs and it will get better.

When you say Organic, is the clutch plate a full disc, or is it a paddle style pate?

Just to make sure we are on the same wave length.

just adjust your driving to suit, i love my paddle, never judders unless i let the revs fall slightly, its bareable even then!

uprating things always has trade offs unfortunately
