yeah thanks jezza. your post from a while back put me thinking ..... and i thought some more.... and then decided to make one....
just wondering how did you manage to get the 4 brackets bonded into position, as in how are they joined to the plastic if you understand.

in my design i had L shaped brackets hidden inside , the rivets you see are holding it together.
