If I'm honest, Lose the rims and eyebrows and drop her. Good starting point though.

Wheels look like Motor World specials.

Lower it over some nice JDM 15"s and you're in!

Hi Adam, I think I was talking to you and Emma at the MLR rolling road day @ TRL.

It is a great purchase getting a 1996 EP82, although I must agree that the eyelids are bad, it definetly needs lowering and get some anthracite JDM rims and it will be awesome.
