whats the deal with craft square mirrors?

ive been onto them there a few weeks back about getting a set of them for the gt, they told me that they never made them for the ep82/91 they were sold just the mirror and you had to make up a plate for them?

ive seen a few sets for sale in the past and they all looked the same tbh didnt look like a custom job but i could be wrong also

anyone with some info? im looking to get a set anyway but they are like hens teeth and would go down the route of buying them new if i had to

i baught a set off i think it was knight racer or something few years back he build the crazy ep82 and drove the nurburgring in it they were on the track car he imported from japan but when i baaught them from him i never recieved base plates he said they were one off only ever set made after that i dont know?? i since then broke my starlet and sold to a mate and are being fitted onto a turbo ae111 levin
