where can i get this (read inside)

as i am lanky and skinny i have no back muscles to be proud of so when i work on cars my back will hurt for ages after. i have seen this stand thing before where you stand up then rest your stomach on it as you bend over the engine so ur not supporting ur wieght. i cant seem to find one now though does any one know where i can get one

get your ass to the gym mate, it wont be doing your back any good, if u got some dumbells, fill it up with weights and hold it behind your head and lower it down and then right up, to sets of 15 with a 30 second break in between, rip up your triceps and your back and shoulders mate .... :shoot:

not much work mate, do 3 sets of 15 a day u will see u huge difference :shoot:

just keep working on the car and feel the burn ;)

if i do anything major on it i end up aching for a couple of days afterwards.

ok then fudge put it into to proper simpleton terms what i need to do, i have never done proper wieght lifting and stuff

chill out dude, im tryin to help ya, its not rocket science, get down to argos n grab ya self a set of bumbells mate, back pain isnt good, ive got bad pains from whiplash and always playing with server's i know hoe it feels, :O

but surely no amount of weights will stop your back aching after hunching over the engine bay for an hour or so?

lol i was not get grumpy mate i genuinly needs a wieghtlfi for noobs guide lol, how heavey should the weights be

ah erm, well the wieght depends on yur strength mate, so jut play around with them, and to do you lower back will also get used while doing these as it helps you balance, so in theory its holding the wight also lol :shoot:

Tricep extensions will strengthen your back and shoulders? You may get some very limited rear delt but you certinally wont rip your back, shoulders and triceps...

To strengthen your lower back you will need to do either deadlifts or hyper-extensions. Failing that just bend over and touch your toes over and over, or just work on your car more! The more you do it the stronger your back will get.
