which cam r better 4EFTE vs 5EFHE

i would like know which 1 best cam to use 4EFTE or 5EFHE cam?
and what duration of both cam?

5efhe is the better cam...not much improvement tho

i know. but i want know lift of 5EFHE cams becaz i thinking of buy 264 or 270 lift.

ok nitewalker...this is the info i have on them...the 5efhe cams are rated as better...but how much has been questioned....some say nice improvement...some say only a little better than stock....so there has to be some improvement based on those two statements lol

ONLY from the EL44, (not the EL55 which has same cams as 4efte)
