Whistle when release throttle while in gear

Hello TGTT,

I recently installed a Greddy type RZ bov annnnnddddd I noticed a whistle every time the engine gets close to idle as the revs drop (in gear). Any idea what is causing this whistle? Once throttle is pressed, whistle stops.

going off trottle is the air blow out thats normal but only takes a second if it lasts longer mayby a air leak

fake Greddy valves tend to do that.

I have a fake and a genuine. the genuine doesn't do it whereas the fake does. it doesn't really bother me.

you can reduce it if you tighten the valve up a bit. you have to be careful though as too tight and it will barely work and you will just get pure chatter.
