who can i get insurence with?

asking on the behalf of my mate hes got a gt but struggling to get insured.
he's 23 and got 5 points for driving without due care etc.

can any 1 help?

it will just need to be a case of looking around, i would phone tho, and not bother trying to get quotes on the net
