that s a big problem mate.. fix it straight away or it can break the wind screen.... by getting bigger..

That looks a lot like rust.. i'd get it looked at by a panel beater, you'll probably find the rust is much more extensive than the paint bubbles. Potentially very expensive!

that looks worse that needing a respray mate. even if you sanded that down and painted it the rust would be back through in months. you need to have the windscreen removed sand down the are then cut out the area infected with rust. then get someone gd at fabricating metal to form and weld in a new piece of metal. fill it prep it an respray the roof. trust me you will never beat rust. if you want it done right thats how to do it. :freddy:

If you sanded it down and treated it with Kurust before repainting you might just be OK. Depends how extensive the rust has become - it looks like water has just become trapped under the rubber seal.
