Will 15w30 fully synthetic oil be ok?

Hello oil,my car has an oil leak and has no oil to drive to garage will the above oil be ok?i was recommended 5w40 or 10w40 by a chap on here.thanks paul

If its just to get to the garage then any oil is better than no oil. Oil grades depend on your spec stick whatever you have in there to get to the garage drive sensibly and get the leak fixed and have them do an oil n filter change while its there. Or better even do it yourself

like studoc said mate just be very carefull and does depend on your spec list if its just to get it a few miles down to the garage then it should be ok but dont boot it as the oil you stated above wont cool as well as 5/10w 40 keep an eye on engine temp mate and you should be fine hope all goes well !
