wiseco piston users?

Hi im just checking my piston ring gaps, i was wondering what specs people used? the spec sheet says,

high performance street and strip .0045 for the top ring and .0055 for the 2nd ring
street moderate turbo and nitrous .0050 for the top ring and .0055 for the 2nd ring

im not too sure what specs to go for, i was thinking high performance street and strip? i wont be using nitrous.

Go for the street mod and n2o,
On the honda i went even slacker than what wiseco say.

Remember and multiply the value by your bore size in inches.
