process as with buying any product is getting in contact with the person you bought from, didnt know there was any other way?....hence me saying in my first post

I was not in anyway aware that idrees/the lad were in contact and refunds had been dished out, this is no racial/time to back up a friend thing for me i was mearly passing by to check if the service maintenance schedules had been fixed and came across this, no hard feelings
