Idrees is a good guy, i have spoken to him about products and i know that he is having a problem with suppliers, but he is on top of this.
As Enzo said MOST of his products a perfect, and maybee you got a faulty set. and he has offered you some money back.

I see where you are coming from enzo however irrespective of what communication has gone between Idrees and Eoin there is a point that has been touched on a few times.

Idrees' published warranties and returns policies are in Breach of nearly all the UK legislation and regulations relating to Ecommerce and the duties of a Seller never mind the Sale Of Goods act.

It's the above that has caused the difficulty now that Eoin has been supplied a faulty product.

Despite all that you seem to be fully aware of and monitoring the situation as it develops, fair play to you. Dylan didn't know that and you clearly are going through whatever procedures you have.

@ Enzo I have no problem with idress or any of your MATES from UKSC. You have some nerve with the remarks about "being from the same village", If i was to start slagging you off it would be a total different story, and as dylan said you immediatly played the race card but then edited your post. Nice move man.

I was simply stating the fact that the product was faulty and thats that, the issue has been resolved. Eoin has been refunded and the issue sorted.

all i see is a bunch of irish mates from the same village slating a product off of someone they dont like(like if you buy off of idrees your gona get shit). i could be wrong but i think thats the reason a few people like asad and joel thought something needed to be said. - the comments above.

as if it werent that
idrees's reputation would be tarnished by those posts above by people who read this post in the future.

@ Dylan asad speaks sense.

unbenknown to you eon or whatever his hame is has been in contact with idrees twice. the first time idrees refunded him £40 and the next time he offered to refund him labour costs £100.

at which point eoin decided to start this thread.

im not being funny in any way Dan but please tell us what bad things you have heard about Idrees, it does the full world a service. becuase if people are quiet no one knows and nothing can be done.. proper stigma with every forum this

@ corry thats not really is the case though is it.

i think a few members took objection to you and your cronies sly digs about Idys products..
fair dues he got a bad set of skirts but the thread reaks of shaidy somehow

ps not looking for an argument or any hatred here and sorry to side track to the op just trying to keep a straight picture in this thread about the reputation of a trader thats not allowed to post in his defence.

Me and my cronies LOL :haha: For a starters mate I did'nt even know where he got them I have not once commented on what the state of the skirts are or where he got them I have'nt even seen the bloody things. I have a set of genuine Livesports skirts and know how good of a fit they which lead me to believe they where copies hence me saying 'I've a fair idea what the problem is with them' where you get sly dig out of that I have no idea. He started a thread complaining about fiber glass you see a bunch of 'villagers' on a vendetta for one of your traders.. But the fact of the matter is they were a shite set and the lad has every right to complain end of story. I hope everything works out and I'm positive Idrees will look after the lad.

Right then,

Sorry if i gave the wrong impression, what i ment was why start a thread complaining about a traders product when youve not contacted them yet? anyone who comes across this will think bad of the trader, no?

"A bit of common sense? Read my post again before replying with your tripe. Did I say you should advise him how to get in touch with a known trader? I said you should advise him of what, if any, the process is to resolve a situation where a trader has sold a bad part, pay attention"

First things first the process as with buying any product is getting in contact with the person you bought from, didnt know there was any other way?....hence me saying in my first post

"have you contacted Idrees about this? Is he aware of the problem you've had?

Pay attention :p

I was not in anyway aware that idrees/the lad were in contact and refunds had been dished out, this is no racial/time to back up a friend thing for me i was mearly passing by to check if the service maintenance schedules had been fixed and came across this, no hard feelings :)

@ Enzo what has Irish or any other race got to do with it? no one said Idress products or your products are MUCK !!!! just shows the level of intelligence. Eoin had an issue & he's entitled to give his opinion & fair play to him, I hope people from Ireland & other countries stay well clear of racist people.

This is now wildly off topic, I dont think there is any need for personal insults or comments about racism in a thread about a fiberglass product.

As mentioned earlier in this thread, we welcome all people on this site but we wont tolerate people coming on telling our members what they should and should not post.

In the interests of maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere I am locking this up. Feel free to explore, comment and participate in other threads/sections of the site.
