worth fitting lsd on 4wd starlet?

would it be worth me fitting an aftermarket lsd when getting my gearbox rebuilt on my ep85? i know ill have a good amount of grip anyway, but would an lsd make it any better or would it cause the 4wd system not to work correctly?

i was assuming it used the same diff as the normal fwd version? if not then ignore me :slap:

no it doesnt, i think the 4wddiff has an extra long shaft on the engine side, i'm guessing that it drives the transfer box? just remember seeing as pic of the diffs on gaz's old garage

x2, 4wd diff is unique, only upgrade is a custom rear axle lsd( both wheels driving at the back would be lovely)

fair enough. might upgrade the rear as the rear diff has a whine to it too, but that may just be incorrect oil, i hope!
