if everything fitted together then you havnt used the wrong splines as they just wont fit if thats the case.

have you just replaced the shafts and then the noise started?

i assume you fitted the shafts all the way home on the gearbox side and then fitted the shafts into the hubs and done them all up to the correct torque, fitted the castellated washer and split pin?

anything rubbing if you jack the car up and spin the wheel?

It sounds like the na shafts are not liking the Glanza hub set up, why I dont know. If the shafts fitted in then the slines are probably OK, there is an issue with the toothed ABS ring that fits onto the outer CV joint but it would only be an issue if there was no ring before and there is one now.

If its a scraping noise its worth checking the dust cover is not rubbing against the disc, its easily bent when refitting shafts. I would also compare the na shaft where it goes into the hub to your old shafts and see if there is a visible difference. You may have damaged a wheel bearing as well if the shaft fit is not good.

I am not familiar enough with Glanzas to know if thats the problem or not mate, sorry. All I can do is give you suggestions as to what to look for in trying to rectify the problem, I cant pin point it due to lack of knowledge of the parts.

If you used na shafts and hubs then the fit between the hub and the shaft should be good, thats the 1st time you mentioned you changed the hubs as well but. Might be best to fill us in on what all exactly you did mate.

i droped my glanza engine and gearbox into the starlet , and used the starlet hubs and drive shafts, no part of the glanza drive shaft was used., it doesnt do it in reverise and its mostly threw 1st and 2nd. turning makes it worse

I did a conversion on a UK spec 96 Sportif, used the n/a shafts and hubs and at first a GT box then a Glanza box with no fitting issues.

Unless you have damaged a CV joint when removing the shafts or the shafts are not right into the box so the snap rings are holding them in then it could be the box.
