No cheap parts from Japan anytime soon, although there may be an intervention which would be good news, kind of seems inevitable.

I just put an order through to Japan and it was the same cost as it has been.

Yen against the pound is at 131 at the moment,roughly as low as it has been for a while now. I remember when I was importing in 2007, i got nearly 230 Yen to the pound.

its nothing, rates have gone up 3 yen per dollar apparently, that means if you spent $1,000 dollars you would be paying $36 dollars more, thats fuck all, it will drop again very soon
