And thats 1.8 vs 1.3.

No excuses about limiters blah blah blah, the Glanza handed the CRX's arse back to it on a plate.

Your complaining of to much Torque? The throttle works both ways.....

Hondas have about as much torque as my push bike, so its obvious the Glanza would win it....

Regardless of 1.8, you have more power and torque, go figure.

Anyway, wheres the time slips?

To be fair, I should try it out on a decent track and when DRY before complaining about torque. I was just messing thou...jeez! :D

i can actually make use of the power in the wet with very carful and precise throttle control and im over 310lbs of torque at 4000RPM.... For time attacks up the strip though no way your going to get good times but you can make use of the power by just using half of it :)

I'm sorry you guys had such bad weather!

I've had the same problem getting power down in the dry, I can image it would be so difficult in the wet, I haven't even tried.

In the dry, I'm having to control the speed at which I press the throttle pedal down in 1st and 2nd gear otherwise it lights up the tyres.

The 4wd guys come into their own on a day like that.

Hi Drew. My names Steve. (Hi Faisal long time no see). I imported your car myself from japan. I saw you out of my office window (thursday i think? you were at national tyres) had to look twice when i saw the number plate!

Yes i did look after it, it was my pride and joy! The part about 300hp well....nearly. It ran 2-2.2 bar most of the time, and was dyno'd @ 228hp@1bar with about 205lb iirc? during the dyno session it suffered symptoms of engine failure so any futher work was aborted. we found the ringlands had cracked.I swapped the engine for a std unit while all the parts to rebuild were delivered, unfortunatley i snapped a rod and destroyed my block. Shortly after I found my GTIR, i sold most of the upgrade parts and the car was sold to Naz??? in halifax as a non runner. and thats that!

If you want to know anything else just ask!

Regards

Steve
