z sports external wastegate setup help!

received my z sports external wastegate/ manifold today. an i need too know how too setup the external wastegate an which way too plumb it onto the pipe off the manifold.

i have taken some pics too help describe what i mean.

heres the external waste gate an screamer

right, which end do i plumb into the manifold? an which end do i connect the screamer.

1st flange on external wastegate -

2nd flange on external wastegate

also. here is a pics off all the bolts etc that i received.

i assume the big round washer looking thing, goes into the bottom flange of the external wastegate as its only place it fits. any description of what goes where will be appricaited thanks, looking too get this all fitted tomoz.

the big round washer looking thing..ya its fits on the bottom part il one there but never used it not sure you might need to cut that round washer down so it flat agaist the gasket?
