Don't think they are, have a check of the traders websites, I'm sure they sell them there.

no need to pay so much money for 1

try a sps one for half the price and just as good if not better quailty

Personally i wouldn't touch a ZEP decat my mate paid 180 pounds for his and 3 months later is cracked the whole way around all along the weld.

I have CT9 decats mate sold over 40 of these already with not one hassle very strong and very competitively priced indeed.

Totally up to you mate personally a no go for me even at the price i would pay the extra 30 and get something strong and robust.
